Tutoring Session Details:

  • Duration: Each tutoring session is officially scheduled for 45-55minutes. Depending on the situation and student needs, the session duration might be extended.
  • Time Fluctuations: Please note that session times may vary by 20-25 minutes occasionally. This is to ensure that every student receives sufficient attention and assistance.
  • Flexible Exam Periods: During exam periods, session timings might change on a daily basis to accommodate students who require extra support. The same flexibility will be extended to you if necessary.
    Online Class: Any internet, connectivity, or background noise issues from the student’s side will not result in rescheduling of the session.
  • School Holidays: All school holidays will be considered off for tuition as well, with no compensation made for school off days.

Assessment and Tests:

  • Regular Assessment Schedule: Students will undergo weekly or monthly Continuous Internal Evaluation (CIE) pattern tests tailored to their individual requirements.
  • Performance Goal: The students are encouraged to strive for a minimum score of 70% in these test papers, fostering a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Adaptive Evaluation: The assessment frequency and content will be adjusted to cater to the specific needs and learning pace of each student, ensuring an effective and personalized learning experience.

Homework Expectations:

  • Strict Adherence: There is a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to homework assignments. It is crucial that all assignments are completed and submitted by the specified due date.
  • Independent Effort: Students are expected to complete their homework independently. Seeking assistance from relatives or friends is not permitted. This approach allows me to gain a deeper understanding of each student’s abilities and progress.
  • Ongoing Assistance: If you have questions about assignments, remember that I’m available not only during class hours but also after class timings. Feel free to reach out on WhatsApp at any time. I’m here to provide help and support to enhance your understanding.

Fees and Payments:

  • Advance Payment: Fees for tutoring sessions are required to be paid in advance for the upcoming month.
  • Discontinuation Notice: If you intend to discontinue tutoring services, Before June, one month’s prior notice is required. For students not appearing in CIE (Cambridge exams), May is considered the last month of the session. Failure to provide notice will result in a full month’s fees being charged.
  • Last Month Fees: Even if a student attends only a couple of classes before exams during the last month of the session, full month fees will apply.
  • Off Compensation: If I take a day off during weekdays, I will ensure to compensate for that missed session. Please note that weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are off days.
